Business success is associated with dedication, passion, perseverance, and self-confidence, and the word try demonstrates a lack of these desirable traits in every employee.
However, there is another way to say the same thing without using this word. It is said that employers will find it better if they are told ‘I will make an effort to complete the task by the deadline’ instead of ‘I will try.’
Additionally, employers believe that if employees are given an unrealistic deadline, it is better for the employee to openly state why there is not enough time or what the shortcomings of the assigned task are so that initial mistakes can be addressed.
