The dividend for holders of preferred shares of Centar banka will be paid on February 1, as announced via the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
According to the decision of the General Assembly of Centar banka, shareholders will receive 24 kuna per share, and the dividend is paid from the profit earned in 2011.
All holders of preferred shares whose shares were on their account of dematerialized securities in SKDD on the day of the General Assembly are entitled to payment.
