Hypo Alpe Adria Bank International has reported a large number of offers from interested buyers for their branches in Southeast Europe, according to the SeeNews portal.
It is worth noting that the Austrian banking group was accepting letters of intent for its network of branches in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, and Slovenia.
– We are currently preparing for the second phase in which interested buyers will have to meet certain criteria, while offers will be opened in the second half of the year. – said Hypo.
