Today at 11 AM, an auction will be held at the Commercial Court in Zagreb for the sale of the shopping center Cascade-Prebendarski Gardens.
According to Jutarnji list, this concerns an area of 18,000 square meters with a starting price of 129.7 million kuna.
All interested parties for the building on Tkalčićeva Street must pay a deposit of 6.5 million kuna, but it is unlikely that a sale will occur as no one has responded at the previous three auctions.
