The indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange weakened by about 0.4 percent today under the influence of profit-taking sales, with lower trading volumes than in previous days. Around noon, the Crobex index was down 0.46 percent, thus breaking a 3-day positive streak.
Crobex10 fell by 0.4 percent to 1,054 points. Regular trading reached almost 5 million kuna, which is about a million less than yesterday at this time.
– Investor interest in shares has finally returned. Today, the shares of HT and Viaduct stand out in terms of profits, while the shares of Vupik are recording a slightly larger loss – says Nigela Bubalo, broker and member of the Management Board of the investment company Credos.
Trading above one million kuna has so far only been achieved by HT shares, which have increased by 1.15 percent to 217.03 kuna. Following is the share of Viaduct, with almost half a million kuna in trading. Its price jumped by 4.15 percent to 429.124 kuna. This company announced this morning that it has signed a contract with Croatian Roads for the construction of phase I – the roundabout ‘Šijana’ and part of the D66 route in Pula, worth 55.25 million kuna including VAT.
