In December 2012, an investigation into the Best Employers for 2013 began under the organization of the MojPosao portal.
By participating in the research, employers receive answers to the question of whether and to what extent their employees are satisfied with working in the company. The research is anonymous, and the questionnaire contains 80 questions from seven key areas.
Companies that participated in the previous research received the highest rating for loyalty. The title of the best in 2012 was awarded to Metro Cash&Carry in the large companies category, DHL International in the medium companies category, while among small companies, Red Bull Adria had the most satisfied employees. Whether they will repeat their excellent result will be known at the end of 2013.
This year, Croatian companies will have the opportunity to compare their results with companies in the region as MojPosao continues its collaboration with leading employment portals in Serbia – Infostud.com and Bosnia and Herzegovina – Posao.ba.
In addition to the research on the best employers, for the fourth consecutive year, the selection for the Best HR Practices is also being held, which pertains to human resource management practices. The selection is designed as recognition for the dedicated and planned work of companies, teams, and individuals who are successful in managing human resources.
