At the meeting of the General Assembly of Banco Popolare Croatia, a decision was made to elect a new member of the bank’s Supervisory Board and to amend the Statute.
The current member of the Supervisory Board, Giuseppe Malerbi, will be replaced by 56-year-old Italian Luca Modonesi, who holds the position of director in the Corporate Business Sector of Banco Popolare Societa Cooperativa.
The term of the newly elected member of the Supervisory Board will commence on January 15 and will last until the expiration of the current term of the members of the Supervisory Board elected by the decision of the General Assembly of the bank held on June 5 of last year.
