The Committee for Admission to Trading on the Foreign Multilateral Trading Platform approved the admission of a total of five new certificates issued by ERSTE Group Bank AG based in Vienna at its meeting on January 10, 2013.
These are turbo-long and turbo-short certificates with the underlying assets being the EUR/HRK and USD/HRK exchange rates, as well as a turbo-long certificate on the DAX index. The liquidity provider will be Erste&Steiermärkische Bank.
Trading of these certificates on the Zagreb Stock Exchange will begin on Tuesday, January 15, 2013, thus allowing a total of 20 certificates to be traded on the domestic market.
Following certificates with underlying assets of gold, oil, the DAX index, and German bonds, these are the first certificates with underlying assets being exchange rates, thereby providing investors with the opportunity to manage currency risk associated with the two strongest global currencies.
