Experts from PJR, guided by rich experience and the alarming fact that on average, each user returns as much as 20 percent of contracted EU grants to the European Union due to ignorance on how to properly spend them, have created the PJR Academy, which teaches participants how to increase the success rate of project implementation and bring it close to 100 percent.
The Academy, which represents the only 100 percent practical training on how to successfully implement one’s own EU project, will be held in Rijeka from February 4 to 8.
An interesting aspect of the PJR Academy is that there are no ex-cathedra lectures and not even a single PowerPoint slide is used in the presentation. The methodology of the program exclusively consists of examples, case studies, group exercises, simulations, debates, and discussions, and this education is designed as a platform for exchanging experiences and practicing the mindset characteristic of EU projects.
Prepared examples of EU projects are provided to participants in advance, which are used during the training in simulated situations and cases.
The Academy will cover all topics that are essential for the successful implementation of projects, such as understanding rights and obligations, planning implementation, project cost management, public procurement management, preparation of tender documentation, and selection of winners, etc., and participants will receive all materials (prepared project reports, public procurement documentation, budget reallocations, financial management tools, etc.).
