After the technical inspection was conducted, the residential and commercial complex Centar Bundek, valued at 80 million euros, received its occupancy permit, and the first tenants and office space renters have begun to move in, reported Stipiće Group.
Centar Bundek features 227 apartments ranging from 39 to 135 square meters, and so far, 65 percent of the apartments have found their owners.
Buyers have shown the greatest interest in the apartments on the highest floors of the complex, which have long been sold out due to the view of Lake Bundek. The business section of Centar Bundek spans 24,000 square meters over eight floors and offers offices for approximately 800 employees in tenant companies.
On 2,600 square meters on the ground floor of the complex, there are spaces for commercial and service purposes, and a kindergarten is also planned within the complex.
The area between the residential block and the business building is where a spacious promenade is located, which, due to the rich offering of amenities on the ground floor and a series of smaller business spaces for retail, service, and hospitality activities, represents the center of the entire complex. Three underground levels are reserved for parking and have a total of 827 parking spaces.
