The State is Disposing of Shares in Maraska and Heruc

The Agency for Management of State Property has announced a public call for expressions of interest for the purchase of shares/business interests in companies owned by the state through a public bidding process.

This involves 11 companies, including Drvna industrija Zelina, Heruc, Ilirik trend, Maraska, Meteor, Pastor inženjering, Prehrana, Ribnjičarstvo Poljana, Sladis, Tiskara Zelina, and Čakovečki Zrinski.

The deadline for submitting letters of intent is January 25 of this year, and after the letters of intent are collected, AUDIO will make a decision on the starting price, conditions, and the method of organizing the public bidding process.
