Government Appoints New Members of the Management Board of Petrokemija

At the Government session, personnel issues were discussed, and the Chief Inspector of Defense at the Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant General Darko Grdić, was relieved of his duties.

Based on the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia on the dissolution of the City Council of the City of Hvar, Matko Martinić was appointed as the Government Commissioner of the Republic of Croatia to perform tasks within the jurisdiction of the City Council of the City of Hvar.

The former President of the Higher Civil Service Court in Zagreb, Gordana Jalšovečki, and members Sonja Brešković Balent, Jasna Guštek, Andrina Raspor Flis, Željko Šarić, Ante Delipetar, Vlasta Nikolić Mudrinić, Sanda Pipunić, Nataša Poljak, Lidija Sršek, Milan Stipić, Ljubica Vranešić Kulunđić, and Inga Žic were relieved of their duties. Sonja Brešković Balent was appointed as the new President, and the new members are Renata Miličević, Andrina Raspor Flis, Sanda Pipunić, Marina Einbüchler Stilinović, Branka Pavičić, Sanja Hasan, Vlasta Nikolić Mudrinić, Lidija Sršek, Milan Stipić, and Irena Cvitanović.

Additionally, the former President of the Civil Service Court in Zagreb, Renata Miličević, was relieved of her duties, and Ivana Čalić was appointed as the new President. The former members Domagoj Franjo Frntić, Damir Kontrec, Ivana Kršul, Mirela Mioč, Marija Kordić, Davor Ljubanović, Janko Milković, Ines Milun, Sanja Palčić, Željko Pajalić, Vesna Pardon, Branka Pavičić, Marijan Pokrajčić, Marina Štancl, and Janja Zadro were also relieved of their duties. The new members of the Court are Domagoj Franjo Frntić, Željko Pajalić, Marija Kordić, Nada Budimir, Davor Zdunić, Davor Ljubanović, Ines Milun, Sanja Palčić, Vesna Pardon, and Janja Zadro.

In accordance with the Agreement on the Establishment of the National Council for Pensioners and Older Persons from December 18, 2012, representatives and deputy representatives of the Government of the Republic of Croatia in the National Council for Pensioners and Older Persons were appointed, as representatives proposed by the ministers responsible for the pension system, social policy, and health. The representatives appointed are Mirando Mrsić, Iva Prpić, and Dunja Skoko Poljak, while the deputy representatives are Božidar Štubelj, Ana Mlinarić, and Sanja Predavec.

Gordana Pavlić, Gezim Ramqaj, and Zvonimira Antolin Patačko were appointed as members of the Commission for Resolving Appeals under the Law on Support for Agriculture and Rural Development.

With the positive opinion of the State Office for State Property Management, the General Assembly of Croatia banka d.d. proposes the dismissal of the current Supervisory Board member Stanko Kršlović and the election of a new member Mladen Duliba.

The Supervisory Board of Petrokemija d.d. is proposed, with the positive opinion of the State Office for State Property Management, to revoke the current members of the Management Board Tomislav Seletković, Antonija Perošević-Galović, and Nenad Marinović, and to appoint Žarko Rijetković, Krešimir Kvaternika, and Karlo Došen as new members of the Company.

The Head of the Office of State Administration in Istria County, Mladen Tomljanović, was relieved of his duties, and Draženka Janjušević was authorized to perform the duties of the head of the mentioned Office until the public competition is conducted, for a maximum period of 6 months.
