ING Bank from London, which the majority owners of the Slovenian retail chain Mercator have once again chosen as a consultant in a new attempt to sell their shares of Mercator, has compiled a call for the submission of non-binding offers that will be sent to the addresses of 70 potential buyers, with Croatian Agrokor again mentioned as the most serious candidate, reported Slovenian television station POP-TV on Tuesday, citing advisors at ING Bank.
London’s ING Bank, as a consultant for the sale of the majority stake in shares, believes that Agrokor will again be the most serious candidate for acquiring the largest Slovenian retail chain, reported commercial POP-TV on its website.
