Zagreb lawyer and former legal advisor to the company Marijan Ruždjak must pay Badel 1862 9.5 million kuna, according to the first-instance ruling of the Commercial Court in Zagreb.
By the same ruling, the Commercial Court rejected Marijan Ruždjak’s claim seeking the annulment of the Share Purchase Agreement dated October 6, 2009, under which Badel 1862 sold 68,940 shares of the company to Ruždjak.
In the mentioned case, Badel 1862 filed a lawsuit against Marijan Ruždjak for the payment of the amount of 9.5 million kuna along with the applicable interest as the remaining part of the purchase price for the 68,940 ordinary shares acquired by Ruždjak in 2009.
