Motor gasoline prices at INA’s gas stations will increase by nine and ten lipa per liter from midnight, while the prices of euro diesel, blue diesel, and heating oil will rise by four lipa.
Starting today, INA’s eurosuper BS 95 is up by nine lipa and will be sold for 10.22 kuna per liter (previously 10.13 kuna), while eurosuper BS 95 class will be sold for 10.26 kuna (previously 10.17 kuna). The new price for eurosuper BS 98+ class is 10.58 kuna, which is ten lipa higher than yesterday’s 10.48 kuna.
Euro diesel BS costs 9.65 kuna (up from 9.61 kuna), euro diesel BS class 9.69 kuna (previously 9.65 kuna). The price of blue diesel is 6.10 kuna per liter (previously 6.06 kuna), while the price of euro-marked heating oil will rise from 6.81 to 6.85 kuna. The price changes at INA’s gas stations are in line with the movements in derivative prices, whose maximum allowed prices on the Croatian market for the period from January 8 to 21, 2013, were announced yesterday by the Ministry of Economy.
The Ministry announced the maximum prices of derivatives in accordance with the new Regulation on determining the maximum retail prices of petroleum derivatives. According to the new Regulation, the change in petroleum derivative prices primarily depends on the movements of petroleum derivative prices in the Mediterranean market and the exchange rate of the US dollar. As before, the Ministry of Economy will calculate and publish the maximum retail prices of petroleum derivatives every 14 days, and during that period, oil companies can change prices, but they must not exceed the maximum prices announced by the Ministry.
