Dioki no longer owns any of its own shares

The company Dioki has released 40,918 of its own shares in accordance with the order of the secured creditor Karlovačka banka as part of the out-of-court settlement process, according to a statement on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

The shares were pledged for the collection of the bank’s receivables and constitute about 1 percent of the total equity capital.
– Although the shares in question were previously identified by the Company as non-operational
assets intended for sale and settlement of the Company’s creditors’ claims, all aimed at
implementing the Company’s restructuring, we emphasize that Dioki was not involved in the execution
of the mentioned transaction – states the company’s announcement. After this release, the Company no longer holds any of its own shares.
