The company Dinit from Izola, 75 percent of which is owned by Diners Club Italy, has purchased the business building of Droga Kolinska in Izola, reports the Slovenian Delo.
The factory of this Slovenian food giant will remain entirely in Izola, while the management, which employs 55 people, will remain in the building as a ‘tenant’.
In addition, Dinit will renovate the offices of Droga Kolinska and move into them by mid-2013. Dinit and the seller of Droga Kolinska, the Croatian Atlantic Group, did not want to disclose the value of the transaction, but some data reveals that the assets of Droga Kolinska could be worth around five million euros.
