After yesterday’s jump of more than 1.3 percent, the Crobex indices are stagnating today on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, and apart from the new contract for Viaduct, there are no significant business news.
The Crobex index was up 0.10 percent at around 12:00 PM, at 1,765 points, while Crobex10 weakened by 0.11 percent, to 986 points.
Regular trading amounted to 4.84 million kuna, which is approximately one million less than yesterday at the same time.
“Since this morning, trading on the domestic market has been calm. After yesterday’s strong jump, the indices are now stagnating, which was to be expected. Apart from the new contract for Viaduct, there are no significant business news, so the trading volumes are modest,” says Roman Rinkovec, an independent stock market analyst.
The highest turnover was achieved by the shares of Ericsson Nikola Tesla, amounting to 1.25 million kuna. Its price rose by 2.26 percent, to 1,433.5 kuna.
Following is the share of Atlantic Group, with a turnover of 530,000 kuna. Its price strengthened by 0.99 percent, to 560 kuna.
A significant price increase was achieved by the shares of Viaduct, up 6.24 percent, to 330 kuna.
Viaduct announced today that it has signed a contract with Croatian Roads for the construction of a section of the expressway Popovec – Marija Bistrica – Zabok, worth 123.66 million kuna including value-added tax.
Investors are also paying somewhat more attention to the shares of AD Plastik, whose price strengthened by 0.84 percent to 108.89 kuna, and HT, whose price weakened by 0.32 percent, to 200.4 kuna.
