On the first trading day of this year, the stock indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange rose by more than 1.3 percent, with Crobex increasing by 1.32 percent to 1,763.45 points, and Crobex10 rising by 1.63 percent to 987.38 points.
The regular turnover on the Exchange amounted to 11.8 million kuna, with two stocks making it to the millionaire list – AD Plastika and Ericsson Nikola Tesla.
The stock of AD Plastika traded for 1.5 million kuna, and its price increased by 1.64 percent to 108.45 kuna.
With a price increase of 2.17 percent to 1,414.99 kuna, the stock of Ericsson Nikola Tesla traded for 1.16 million kuna. The stock of Atlantic Group achieved a price increase of 3.54 percent to 555 kuna, with a turnover of 928.3 thousand kuna.
The stock of HT had a turnover of 870.7 thousand kuna, with its price rising by 2.08 percent to 201.30 kuna.
The shares of Konzum had a turnover of 678.2 thousand kuna, and their price fell by 1.38 percent to 142 kuna. Trading in Konzum shares was suspended today until 1 PM, after the Agrokor group reported the acquisition of Konzum shares and the obligation to publish a takeover bid. Agrokor reported via the Zagreb Stock Exchange that on December 27, it acquired 1.2 million shares of Konzum, after which it holds a total of 17.4 million ordinary shares, or 76.93 percent of the equity of this retail chain. Agrokor also announced that, in accordance with the law, it will submit a request to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency for approval of the takeover bid for Konzum.
