Liburnia Riviera Hotels announced via the Zagreb Stock Exchange that Villa Magnolia has been sold to Ruting Zagreb.
The purchase agreement was signed on January 2, and Ruting Zagreb is the authorized representative of Honda in Croatia.
The announcement does not specify the price at which the Lovran villa with its grounds was sold, but four years ago, the amount was discussed to be around four million euros.
