Ledo has entered into a purchase agreement for shares in the company Ledo Podgorica with its parent company Agrokor as the seller, reports the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
Ledo has thus become the 100% owner of the company from Montenegro, for which 150.1 million kuna was paid.
The funds raised from the recent recapitalization will also be used by Ledo to acquire the Serbian Frikom.
