The Agency for Management of State Property (AUDIO) announced today a public call for expressions of interest in purchasing shares of three companies in which the state is selling minority ownership stakes, with the deadline for submitting letters of intent to purchase shares of Hotel Baška, Hotel Central, and Ivančica from Zlatar being January 11, 2013.

The Agency has invited potential investors to express interest in purchasing 20,627 shares, or 6.89 percent of the share capital of Hotel Baška, with a nominal value of the offered shares being 6.2 million kuna.

Also for sale are 6,871 shares, or 14.01 percent of the share capital of Zagreb’s Hotel Central, with a nominal value of the offered shares being 2.5 million kuna.

Potential investors are invited to express their interest in 5,921 shares, or 15.56 percent of the share capital of the company Ivančica from Zlatar, with a nominal value of those shares being 1.8 million kuna.

After the Agency collects letters of intent for the purchase of shares, it will decide on the starting price, conditions, and the manner of organizing the public bidding process.

The Agency intends to conduct the sale of these shares through public bidding (public auction), and only investors who have submitted letters of intent within the deadline will be invited to the public bidding process, as stated in the call.
