Increased Share Capital of Ledo

Based on the decision of the General Assembly, the share capital of Ledo has been increased to 119.28 million kuna.

The share capital is being increased from 83.6 million kuna divided into 220,170 ordinary shares, by an amount of 35.6 million kuna, through cash payments, by issuing 93,750 new ordinary shares in the name, in non-materialized form, with an individual value of 380 kuna.

As a reminder, Ledo announced last week that the issuance of new shares was successfully completed with 100% success – in the process of increasing the share capital, all 93,750 offered new ordinary shares were subscribed and paid for at a price of 8,000 kuna, which amounts to a total of 750 million kuna.

The majority of the issuance was subscribed by pension funds, about 70 percent of all subscribed shares, and other institutional investors participated as well – insurance companies, investment funds, brokerage firms.
