Dalekovod Stock Ends the Week with a 7.7 Percent Higher Price

The regular trading on the Zagreb Stock Exchange this week amounted to 110.4 million kuna, and the value of stock indices increased, with Crobex rising by 0.50 percent to 1,728.91 points, and Crobex10 increasing by 1.15 percent to 972.60 points.

In addition to the 110.4 million kuna of regular trading, block transactions of privileged shares of Croatia osiguranje achieved a turnover of 13.2 million kuna this week, while the block trading of debt securities amounted to 8.5 million kuna.

In regular trading, the highest turnover was recorded by Ledo shares, with 15.8 million kuna, and the price of those shares fell by 0.65 percent to 7,600.01 kuna. Ledo announced this week that the issuance of new shares was successfully completed with 100 percent success – all 93,750 offered new ordinary shares were subscribed and paid at a price of 8,000 kuna, totaling 750 million kuna. Ledo had previously announced that it aims to raise funds through capitalization to purchase Frikoma from Belgrade and Ledo Podgorica from Agrokor.

Following in turnover this week were HT shares, which traded for just over 14 million kuna, with a price decrease of 0.84 percent to 198.12 kuna.

Dalekovod shares had a turnover of 5.6 million kuna, ending the week at 68.40 kuna, which is a 7.72 percent higher price than last Friday. Dalekovod announced this week that the Financial Agency (Fina) opened a pre-bankruptcy settlement procedure for the company, after which Fina also lifted the blockade from Dalekovod’s accounts.

A turnover of 5.3 million kuna and a price increase of 3.26 percent to 630 kuna were recorded this week by the shares of KonĨar Elektroindustrija.

The privileged shares of Adris Group had a turnover of 4 million kuna, ending the week with a price of 252 kuna, representing an increase of 2.44 percent.

The shares of Petrokemija also saw a price increase of 4.07 percent to 213.34 kuna, achieving a turnover of 3.8 million kuna this week.

The price of Podravka shares fell by 1.53 percent to 246.18 kuna, with a turnover of 2.9 million kuna, while the shares of Ericsson Nikola Tesla had a slightly lower turnover, with a price increase of 3.80 percent to 1,340 kuna.

A significant weekly price increase was recorded by Maistre shares, rising by 13.31 percent, with a turnover of 2.8 million kuna.

AD Plastika shares also had a turnover of over 2.8 million kuna, with a price increase of 3 percent.

Among the more traded shares, price increases were recorded for Atlantic Group shares by 0.76 percent, Belje by 1.03 percent, and Valamar Adria Holding by 1.42 percent, while prices fell for Vira shares by 2.21 percent, Atlantska plovidba by 5.25 percent, and Dioki shares, which saw a weekly price drop of as much as 16.15 percent.

On the last day of this week, the Zagreb Stock Exchange approved the transition of Pula’s Uljanik from the Regular to the Official Market, and trading in Uljanik shares on this highest stock exchange listing will begin at the start of next week. The Zagreb Stock Exchange determined that the first day of trading in Uljanik shares on the Official Market will be Monday, December 24.
