The Zagreb Stock Exchange today received a request from Uljanik d.d. Pula for the transition of 2,236,253 shares ULJN-R-A from the Regular Market segment to the Official Market.
The Exchange will make a decision regarding the approval of the mentioned request, according to the notice on the exchange. Uljanik today submitted to the exchange the decision by the court registering the increase in share capital and the amendment of the Statute.
The share capital has been increased from the amount of 201,262,770.00 kuna by the amount of 100,799,730.00 kuna to the amount of 302,062,500.00 kuna.
The share capital is divided into 2,236,253 ordinary shares of the first issue, with a nominal value of 90.00 kuna each, and into 1,119,997 ordinary shares of the second issue, with a nominal value of 90.00 kuna each.
