The Financial Agency today, December 20, 2012, issued a decision to open a pre-bankruptcy settlement for the company Dalekovod d.d.
The opening of the pre-bankruptcy settlement will enable the achievement of an agreement with creditors and the creation of conditions for the continuation of business.
Dalekovod d.d. has a long tradition of business and remains among the leading domestic export companies, exporting 50 percent of its products and services to the EU market, as well as to other global markets. In the last ten years, it has strongly stepped beyond the borders of the Republic of Croatia and has proven to be a reliable and quality partner, the company emphasizes.
The Dalekovod Group employs 1,700 people in the design, production, and construction of power lines and transformer stations.
– We believe that this is the beginning of a solution to the situation in which the company has found itself in recent months and that discussions with creditors will go in that direction. We have conducted a business inventory with the support of the Supervisory Board and believe that this opens up opportunities for the start of a new successful period for Dalekovod – stated the CEO of Dalekovod d.d., Matjaž Gorjup.
