Privileged shares of Croatia osiguranje accounted for more than a third of the turnover

The value of stock indices on the Zagreb Stock Exchange has fallen for the eighth trading day in a row, with Crobex declining by more than 2.3 percent today. Crobex fell by 2.31 percent to 1,680.55 points, marking its lowest level since September 6, when it closed at 1,670 points.

Crobex10 dropped by 2.34 percent to 939.03 points, reaching its lowest level since September 18, when it closed at 934 points. The regular turnover on the Zagreb Stock Exchange today amounted to 31.6 million kuna, and in a block transaction with the privileged shares of Croatia osiguranje, 13.2 million kuna was achieved, bringing the total turnover to 44.9 million kuna.

In regular trading, the highest turnover was recorded by HT shares, amounting to 2.8 million kuna, with a price decrease of 1.90 percent to 196 kuna, which is the price last seen on September 21. The shares of Petrokemija achieved a turnover of 2.2 million kuna, with a price drop of 0.54 percent to 203.90 kuna. The shares of Dalekovod recorded a price drop of 6.14 percent to 59.60 kuna, with a turnover of 1.3 million kuna.

The shares of Ledo had a turnover of just over one million kuna, with a price decrease of 1.31 percent, closing at 7,550 kuna. Privileged shares of Adris Group traded for 854.1 thousand kuna, with the last price at 238.10 kuna, which is 3.21 percent lower than at the end of last week. The shares of Ericsson Nikola Tesla saw a price drop of 1.08 percent to 1,277.02 kuna, with a turnover of 828.6 thousand kuna.

With a decline of 2.46 percent to 12.68 kuna, trading for Dioki shares ended today with a turnover of 788.5 thousand kuna. The shares of Atlantska plovidba fell by 6.73 percent to 195 kuna, with a turnover of 712.8 thousand kuna. Most shares ended trading with a price drop today, with notable declines recorded by shares of Končar Elektroindustrija at 1.66 percent, Luka Rijeka at 1.92 percent, PBZ at 1.94 percent, Podravka at 2.00 percent, Valamar Adria Holding at 2.36 percent, Kraš at 2.76 percent, Ina at 4.17 percent, and Belje at 5.17 percent, while among the few shares with a price increase, Đuro Đaković Holding shares rose by 0.16 percent.

The Exchange also reported that trading in Varteks shares was suspended today as the Exchange received a notice from the company regarding a proposal for the initiation of pre-bankruptcy settlement proceedings. Trading in Varteks shares will be suspended until the end of today’s trading, which, according to the Exchange’s assessment, is a sufficient period to create conditions for fair and equitable trading, as it can be assumed that all investors will have the necessary information to make investment decisions.
