Dubravko-Ante Mlikotić has been appointed as a member of the Management Board of Volksbank d.d. responsible for risks with the consent of the Croatian National Bank (HNB) issued on Friday, December 14, 2012.
Dubravko-Ante Mlikotić arrived at the position of member of the Management Board of Volksbank d.d. from Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d. Zagreb, where he served as Executive Director of the Credit Risk Management Sector since 2007.
He began his career after graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb in the Banking Supervision Sector at the Croatian National Bank (HNB), where he held the positions of responsible supervisor for on-site bank control and trainer for online supervision. Since 1998, he has worked at BNP-Dresdner Bank d.d. in positions as a credit analyst in the Risk Management Sector, Deputy Head of the Risk Management Sector, and Head of the Risk Management Sector and Bank Proxy. In September 2004, he moved to Zagrebačka banka d.d. as Director of the Credit Risk Approval Directorate, and in November 2007, he joined RBA as Executive Director of the Credit Risk Management Sector from which he transitioned to Volksbank d.d. In July 2008, he completed the Executive MBA program at Cotrugli Business Academy.
