The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) announced today that on December 17, it will launch a new version of the internet service e-Operator as part of the existing portfolio of electronic services e-Agency.
Stating that this is an upgraded e-Operator service that represents a data management system for operators of electronic communication networks and services, HAKOM adds that this upgrade has increased the efficiency of the service and made it easier for operators and administrators to use.
They also note that this has enabled simpler connections with other systems and that in developing the new version, they used the advice and instructions of all system users.
e-Operator is a central database for managing data about operators of electronic communication services as well as address and numbering space.
It was launched in June 2011 and allows operators to more easily submit prior notifications for the operation of electronic communication networks and services, initiate procedures for the allocation and administration of addresses and numbers, as well as publish the corresponding reports.
HAKOM emphasizes that the e-Operator service was developed by Croatian experts and is a unique product in the domestic market.
