The Financial Agency has reported that taxpayers subject to fiscalization, to whom the Law on Fiscalization in Cash Transactions applies from January 1, 2013, can request their production application certificate for fiscalization at any Fina branch.
The production application certificate for fiscalization is issued for a period of five years, and the fee for issuance amounts to 300 kuna (excluding VAT) per certificate. Fina notes that all taxpayers subject to fiscalization are required to obtain a production application certificate for the implementation of fiscalization in cash transactions.
The certificate is used in the fiscalization process for electronically signing invoice elements and for identifying the taxpayer during electronic data exchange. The documentation required for issuing the application certificate for fiscalization can be submitted by the taxpayer at any Fina branch or electronically via the RDC Forms online application.
Taxpayers whose authorized representative has a qualified digital certificate from Fina can complete the process of issuing production application certificates for fiscalization entirely electronically, without visiting a Fina branch, as stated in the announcement.
