The ex-wife of the mayor of Split, Željko Kerum, has registered a lien of 72 million kuna on the ‘Marjan’ hotel.
Anka Kerum did this because her ex-husband did not pay off and remove the 72 million kuna mortgage from her hotel ‘Central’, located in Split’s Pjaca, as the two former spouses had agreed, reports RTL.
The decision to register Anka Kerum on the land registry of the ‘Marjan’ hotel was sent to the parties on November 15, 2012, from the land registry of the Municipal Court in Split.
