The Council of the Croatian National Bank reviewed the latest monetary and economic developments at today’s meeting, as well as the quarterly report on the state of the banking system, adopted the monetary policy projection and financial plan of the Croatian National Bank for 2013, and made several other decisions within its jurisdiction, as announced by the HNB.
At today’s meeting of the central bank’s Council, the request of Alternative Management d.o.o., Zagreb, for the acquisition of more than 50 percent of the shares in the core capital of Vaba d.d. bank Varaždin was approved.
The HNB Council granted consent to the supervisory boards of several banks for the appointments of presidents or members of management boards: Ante Blažević remains the president of the management board of Banka splitsko-dalmatinske d.d., Split, and Petar Radaković will be reappointed as the president of the management board of Erste & Steiermaerkische Bank d.d., Rijeka. Ivo Šinko remains the president of the management board of Jadranka banka d.d. Šibenik, while Marija Trlaja and Mirko Goreta are members of the management board of that bank. Mirko Brozović received consent to be reappointed as the president of the management board of PBZ Stambena štedionica d.d. Zagreb, and Branimir Čosić as a member of the management board of the same savings bank. In Volksbanka d.d. Zagreb, Dubravko-Ante Mlikotić becomes a member of the management board.
