The renowned hotel chain Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group has opened its first hotel in Belgrade.
Falkensteiner Hotel Belgrade belongs to the category of city hotels, aimed at business people and conference tourism, and will also provide all the services required by tourists from abroad. The hotel will particularly delight all shopping enthusiasts and lovers of Belgrade’s nightlife.
According to the hotel director Aleksandar Vasiljević, the facility was designed by Boris Podrecca, one of the most significant European architects of today.
– Futuristic architecture, modern design, and spacious rooms set the hotel apart from other facilities in the center of business events. The hotel is located just 4 km from the center of Belgrade, and its unusual exterior and numerous amenities for all guests, whether on business trips or vacations, certainly distinguish the hotel’s offering from others in the city,” emphasized Vasiljević.
Boris Podrecca, originally from Belgrade, notes that this is his first project in his hometown.
– My desire was to contribute to Belgrade with quality architecture from Central Europe, and thus this hotel was created, which for me represents something deeper, not just architecture. Falkensteiner Hotel Belgrade is a fusion of two principles – lyrical and epic, two elements – Feminine and Masculine,” added Podrecca.
The hotel has 170 rooms, and during construction, care was taken to ensure that people with special needs have adapted rooms, which makes this hotel unique in Belgrade. Its location is ideal as it is located a few kilometers from the center of Belgrade, and nearby are the Belgrade Arena and the Ušće shopping center.
All cigar lovers have access to a special lounge, and business people have a business lounge with a terrace on the ninth floor of the hotel. An underground garage with 54 parking spaces is also provided for all guests, as well as free internet.
When it comes to additional amenities, the hotel also features a City Spa center, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, a relaxation room, and two massage rooms. The fitness area is equipped with the most modern exercise equipment. From the ninth floor of the hotel, guests will be able to exercise while enjoying a view of the entire city.
