An internationally recognized program for training leading personnel in business structures has recently become available in Croatia.
This program has quickly become a hit worldwide, primarily due to the effects and results it brings to participants and the companies whose employees undergo this unique program.
Recently, among others, Manuela Šola and Eduard Bočkaj have completed the introductory part of the program and were astonished by the results. The specificity of this story lies in the fact that in interaction with horses, a sort of ‘mask removal’ occurs, and horses unmistakably recognize individuals whose capacities and possibilities align with the traits that a good manager must possess.

I did not expect that such a noble animal, for which I have undisguised affection, could also be such a clear and pure indicator of your business and character capabilities. Manuela Šola’s opinion is shared by Eduard Bočkaj, who emphasizes that this program is a great surprise and provides positive effects for the continuation of his further business career. Bočkaj believes that throughout his long career, he has never been in a situation where someone could recognize, discover, and understand his strengths and weaknesses in such a short time, as the horse has done. -After completing the program, I carry with me great knowledge and insight about myself. I had the honor and opportunity to be a participant and student of one of the best ‘readers’ of my qualities, weaknesses, and personality. For me, it might not be strange if that ‘reader’ who successfully read me was not a HORSE! I am impressed,- concluded Bočkaj his thoughts after completing the program.
The program is designed in such a way that horses, through interaction and specially developed exercises with people, provide immediate and honest feedback, which we cannot fully expect from people, especially if they are our subordinates, whose careers, salaries, and everything else that comes with managerial status depend on us. Horses are not interested in our career achievements with them, nor our appearance, social or marital status. They see in us what they have managed to preserve through evolution – authenticity.
