At the East Yidma concession, Ina has exercised its preemption right to acquire a 50 percent stake from RWE Dea AG (with which Ina will have a 100 percent stake).
By concluding this transaction, reserves and production levels in Egypt would increase by 9 percent and 17.1 percent.
In the exploration area of the Disouq concession in the land part of the Nile delta, where several hydrocarbon discoveries have already been made, Ina, d.d. has signed a Farm-In agreement with RWE Dea Nile GmbH to participate as a partner with a 50 percent stake in the last exploration campaign with estimated recoverable resources of 7.0 MMboe on this asset and in any future development concession that may be awarded in the Disouq concession.
These transactions are subject to the approval of the Egyptian government and the waiver of preemption rights by
the concessionaire.
