The largest Croatian software company IN2 Group is up for sale, with the closest buyer being Hrvatski Telekom. In addition to HT, two other foreign IT companies, one from Austria and another from Germany, are in the due diligence process, Lider learns.
The information circulating in the ICT market was confirmed to Lider by Ante Mandić, the owner and CEO of IN2 Group, who has resisted various offers for years, wanting to take the company public himself. The recession and the difficult market conditions have unfortunately disrupted those plans, prompting Mandić to opt for a sale. In all three scenarios, it is about the sale of a majority stake, and it will be known by the end of this year which offer Mandić will accept, or perhaps he will not accept any.
