Individual proposals from five companies for the opening of bankruptcy proceedings against the company Kerum have arrived at the Split Commercial Court.
A hearing has been scheduled for December 13 regarding the proposal from the company Lola Ribar d.d. from Zagreb for the opening of bankruptcy against the company Kerum, it was learned today at the Split Commercial Court.
-The company Lola Ribar from Zagreb was the first to submit a proposal for the opening of bankruptcy proceedings against the company Kerum d.o.o. Split, and it has been decided that the first hearing regarding this proposal will be scheduled for December 13 of this year-, said Ivan Basić, president of the Split Commercial Court, today for Hina.
In addition to the company Lola Ribar, according to Basić, the opening of bankruptcy proceedings against the company Kerum has also been proposed by the companies Ezimit d.o.o. Zagreb, Ezimit Grup Štip (Macedonia), Perfa-bio d.o.o. Donja Stubica, and Prodis d.o.o. Zagreb.
-After the court makes the appropriate decision regarding the proposal from the company Lola Ribar (at the hearing on December 13), and depending on that decision, further decisions will be made regarding the other submitted proposals-, Basić explained.
