Adris Group announced today that it continues with the internship and employment project for young, highly educated individuals called ‘Future at Adris’.
This project was initiated in 2010 and is designed as a one-year work and training program that will enable young professionals from Croatia, who are seeking their first job, to undertake a one-year paid internship and additional training within the member companies of Adris Group, and subsequently provide permanent employment and continuous professional development for the best among them.
Among more than 800 applicants from various fields, who completed their education at Croatian as well as foreign universities and postgraduate studies, 21 interns were selected, while after completing a one-year internship in companies within Adris Group, 12 of the most successful received permanent employment.
Adris Group, as emphasized, aims through this project to influence a change in mentality within the Croatian economy, encouraging other corporations in the country to take similar steps to bring about positive changes in society, restore mutual trust and optimism, and stop the outflow of educated young people who, in search of good and secure employment, are increasingly willing to leave Croatia.
The rules of the second cycle of the ‘Future at Adris’ project have been published on the corporate website, and all Croatian citizens who have completed their undergraduate or postgraduate studies in Croatia or abroad with an average grade of no less than 4.0 and are under 30 years old can apply until December 24. The names of the semifinalists who will be invited for job interviews will be announced in January.
