Fatal Week for Dioki Stock

The value of stock indices on the Zagreb Stock Exchange fell on a weekly basis, with the Crobex index down by 0.42 percent to 1,760.16 points, and the specialized Crobex10 index down by 0.95 percent to 990.31 points.

 This week’s regular turnover on the Exchange amounted to nearly 63 million kuna, with the most traded stock of the week being HT, with over 7 million kuna in turnover. Its price decreased by 0.90 percent on a weekly basis to 202.17 kuna.

Following in weekly turnover, at 3.5 million kuna, was the stock of Dalekovod, with a weekly price increase of 1.97 percent to 76.48 kuna. This stock has been in focus for investors for days as Dalekovod has had its account blocked for a long time, and media reported this week that CEO Matjaž Gorjup stated that the largest creditors should lift the blocks on Dalekovod’s accounts as soon as possible, or all future agreements will be in vain.
The preferred stock of Adris Group had a weekly turnover of 3.2 million kuna, with a price increase of 1.64 percent to 248.50 kuna, while Termes Group stocks achieved over 2 million kuna in turnover this week. Their price increased by as much as 12.79 percent on a weekly basis to 154.99 kuna.
Four other stocks also collected turnover above one million kuna this week, among which the largest price increase, by 3.33 percent to 216.99 kuna, was recorded by the stock of Petrokemija. The turnover for this stock this week amounted to 1.9 million kuna. The price of AD Plastika stock also rose by 0.75 percent to 105 kuna, with a weekly turnover of 1.2 million kuna.
In contrast, Vira stocks decreased by 2.44 percent on a weekly basis to 520.01 kuna, with a turnover of 1.7 million kuna, while Kraš stocks fell by 1.2 percent to 370.50 kuna. Kraš stocks were traded for 1.6 million kuna this week.
Among other traded stocks, which however did not exceed one million kuna in turnover, the largest price drop was recorded by Dioki stock, down by 18.88 percent to 9.41 kuna, while the prices of Đuro Đaković holding and INA stocks fell by just over 5 percent.

Through the Zagreb Stock Exchange, among other things, this week the Pula shipyard Uljanik reported that in the process of recapitalization, 1,119,997 new shares were subscribed for which 100.8 million kuna was paid, as well as that the Supervisory Board gave prior consent to the Management Board to send a letter of intent to make an offer to purchase Rijeka’s 3. maj.

Zagreb Bank announced a voluntary offer for the takeover of Istraturist shares at a price of 156 kuna per share.

The company Pounje Trikotaža reported the entry of the state into its ownership structure by converting claims amounting to 5.8 million kuna into a 26.22 percent stake in the share capital. This makes the state the largest individual owner of this textile company from Hrvatska Kostajnica.
The news was also published about the final decision of Alternative Private Equity regarding the recapitalization of Varaždin’s Vaba Bank in the amount of 50 million kuna, after which the integration of Vaba Bank and Centar Bank will follow.
