The Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR) has announced a public call for expressions of interest for the purchase of shares and stakes in four companies.
HBOR is selling 13.55 percent in the company Pounje Trikotaža from Hrvatska Kostajnica, which amounts to 300 thousand shares, and 40.84 percent in Metal-Sint Oklaj, which is 55 thousand shares. Additionally, the public call for offers also pertains to the company Bila Boja from Šolta, in which HBOR holds a 17.96 percent stake, with a nominal amount of the business stake being 746.6 thousand kuna. HBOR also owns 38.45 percent of the shares in the Factory of Hydraulic Cylinders from Obrovac, with a nominal value of 6 million kuna. For THC and Bila Boja, there is a right of first refusal in favor of the members of those companies.
Letters of intent for each company must be submitted to HBOR separately and by December 14. After HBOR collects the letters of intent, it will make a final decision on the starting price, conditions, and implementation of the procedures for public collection of binding offers, and only those bidders who have submitted a letter of intent within the deadline will be invited to submit binding offers for the purchase of shares or stakes in those companies.
