Today, at the shipyard 3. maj, a tanker for the transport of oil, asphalt, and chemicals named “Bit Redo”, with a capacity of 8881 tons, was delivered to the client, the Dutch company Pegasus.
The construction of this tanker began at the Kraljevica shipyard, which has been in bankruptcy since August of this year, and was completed at 3. maj.
The tanker “Bit Redo” is 108 meters long, 18.6 meters wide, 10.6 meters high, and has a draft of 8.3 meters.
It was built under the supervision of the Classification Society Bureau Veritas and will sail under the Dutch flag.
After today’s delivery, there are still four tankers for the transport of asphalt and four barges for the Swedish shipping company Wisby Tankers in the order book of 3. maj, reported the Rijeka shipyard.
