The only way to make customers care about you is to start caring about them first. This was written by Dan Waldschmidt, a speaker, author, and strategist who opposes conventional business strategies.
This has been somewhat realized by entrepreneurs in the private sector, especially in these depressing times, who have adjusted their service and product offerings to the reduced purchasing power of citizens.
