Podravka and Uniline have a need for growth, which can be achieved in foreign markets, primarily in Central Europe and Russia, said Zvonimir Mršić, CEO of Podravka, at the signing of a business cooperation agreement with one of the leading travel agencies, Uniline.
The goal, Mršić added, is to export more domestic food products and tourist arrangements as well as to bring as many foreign tourists to Croatia, to whom domestic products can then be sold again.
The significance of this cooperation lies in the potential synergistic effects, and through joint action via their own channels, the partners aim to expand the offer and significantly increase sales results, primarily in the markets of Russia, Hungary, Poland, China, and others.
By utilizing available resources, both participants in the cooperation will strive to market their products through marketing and sales activities and to establish and position them significantly across the mentioned international markets. Such cooperation will certainly lead to a significant shift in the context of branding and positioning of Podravka’s products, as well as Uniline’s products at the level of receptive business. This will directly benefit domestic tourism, the domestic food industry, and the entire domestic economy.
