The CEO of the tourism company Uniline, Boris Žgomba, and the head of Podravka, Zvonimir Mršić, will sign a Business Cooperation Agreement, or a strategic partnership, tomorrow.
– Podravka and Uniline will jointly embark on conquering international markets through collaboration and utilizing available resources, which will contribute to the development of the domestic food industry, tourism, and the overall domestic economy – states Podravka’s announcement on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
As we learn, the key markets where these two companies will collaborate are China, Russia, Hungary, Poland, and Japan, primarily focusing on unifying marketing and other capacities, as well as branding Podravka’s products and expanding Uniline into foreign markets.
Although details will be revealed at tomorrow’s press conference, it is evident that this concept is similar to the partnership between Agrokor and Atlas. It is likely that Uniline will be responsible for travel and arrangements for Podravka’s employees and business partners, while Podravka will utilize Uniline’s guest database as one of the ways to promote its products.
