The American College of Management and Technology (RIT/ACMT) has announced a Call for Applications for scholarships for enrollment in the 2013/2014 academic year.
The scholarship fund amounts to over 2.5 million kuna. All fourth-year high school students, candidates already enrolled in another higher education institution, and candidates who completed their secondary education in previous years can apply.
The scholarships are non-repayable financial resources usable for enrollment at the American College of Management and Technology for professional undergraduate studies: Management in Tourism, Hospitality, and Service Industries (Dubrovnik), International Business (Zagreb), and Information Technology (Dubrovnik, Zagreb). The scholarship is granted for all four academic years and covers 10 to 50 percent of tuition costs. The selection criteria are previous academic achievements, financial needs, and motivation to study at RIT/ACMT.
To apply for the Call for Applications, it is necessary to fill out a non-binding application form available at the following link: www.acmt.hr/application, submit a transcript of grades from high school, write and submit a motivational essay in English, and attend a motivational interview in English. Candidates already enrolled in another higher education institution must also submit a transcript of grades from that institution.
Applications are accepted until February 15, and results will be published on March 15, 2013. Candidates who apply by February 15 will have priority in consideration for scholarship awards. Candidates whose applications are received after February 15 will be considered if all financial resources have not yet been allocated.
