The construction company Tehnika has reported via the Zagreb Stock Exchange about the concluded contract for the construction of the BIOCenter, valued at 7.2 million euros.
Tehnika, as the contractor, has signed a contract with the client, the Central Agency for Financing and Contracting of Programs and Projects of the European Union (SAFU), for the construction of the Incubation Center for Bio-Sciences BIOCenter. The price of the contracted works is 7.2 million euros, it is stated.
Contracts financed from the IPA program are exempt from VAT.
