Today, Viro further explains through the Zagreb Stock Exchange that the Management believes there is currently no interest from the company in listing its shares on the regulated market, considering the state of the capital market in Croatia and the needs of the company.
– Namely, the company currently does not see opportunities, nor does it have the need to raise funds in the capital market, and on the other hand, the listing of shares on the capital market represents a significant cost (direct and indirect) for the company – it is stated in the explanation.
