At the extraordinary assembly of shareholders of Karlovačka banka, the merger of Nava Bank was blessed, the company reported today.
Karlovačka banka reported that on November 19, 2012, an extraordinary general assembly of ordinary shareholders of Karlovačka banka d.d. was held, during which a decision was made to approve the Merger Agreement dated July 25, 2012, by which the company Nava banka d.d., Zagreb, as the merged company, merges into the company Karlovačka banka d.d., Karlovac, as the acquiring company.
