Adris will not make ‘crazy offers’ for CO and Triglav

Adris Group is interested in investments in the insurance industry in Croatia and the region and is therefore interested in Croatia osiguranje, as well as in purchasing shares in the Slovenian Triglav, stated the Director of Corporate Communications of Adris Group, Predrag Grubić.

– As a Croatian company, we expect to have equal opportunities in the privatization of Croatia osiguranje, a company in Croatian ownership, when competing with global companies. In making the final decision, we will be guided solely by economic reasons and business sustainability -, said Grubić.

He noted that Adris Group is a responsible investor that can be trusted to not make any ‘crazy offers’.

Grubić also confirmed that Adris Group is interested in purchasing shares in the Slovenian Zavarovalnica Triglav and that they see their advantage over large European ‘players’ in the consolidation of the largest Croatian and the largest Slovenian insurer, within which they would ensure the independence and preservation of the market brand for the Slovenian insurance company.

In his statement intended for Slovenian media, Grubić said that in Adris Group, they evaluate Zavarovalnica Triglav as an exceptionally successful, professional, and excellently managed company, which can serve as a model for other insurers in the region.
