The regional system integrator Combis organized Combis Finance Day, a one-day event aimed at financial institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Finance professionals from the region were most interested in topics related to cloud operations, tools that ensure maximum proximity to clients, and solutions for optimal business process management and business planning.
– All financial institutions have the imperative to retain their clients and, of course, attract new ones. As if this task alone were not challenging enough, financial institutions must simultaneously respond to the challenge of rapid technological development and increased acceptance of technological innovations by clients. Economic conditions that call for savings at a time when investment is necessary should not be overlooked either. Combis’s solutions are precisely here to reconcile these challenges – stated Damir Horvat, International Business Manager at Combis.
During Combis Finance Day, numerous technological solutions were presented, from those that enable banks to access clients in the most acceptable way through all available communication channels, to those that ensure optimization of business processes, and up to the latest virtualization technology that brings increased efficiency, simpler maintenance, and significant savings.
